1) What is Video Appointment?
“Video Appointment Booking” service is opened to all foreign parents who would like to seek face to face video consultation regarding Singapore’s education.
2) What is the benefit of video call consultation?
Face to face conference call consultation. Moving forward, our senior education consultation are able to share with you and information on the spot, ie written on white board or sharing the computer screen to further clarify your enquiries.
3) What is the pricing for the video consultation?
There are 4 different packages under “Plan” for you to select. You can safely and securely make your payment via paypal.
4) How can I confirm the appointment date and time?
You can make your appointment by selecting the date and time. Kindly ensure that you will be available at your selected date and time, as rescheduling of appointment is not allowed for this case.
5) How can I start my video call appointment?
You are required to enter the email address that you have submitted during the appointment booking. Thereafter, click on the button to join the call.
6) If I were to purchase only a 15mins consultation package, and I have more questions to ask during the on-going video call, what should I do?
You would require to purchase a new plan to continue the video appointment. Alternatively, you may wish to purchase a higher plan to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for smooth, non-interruptive discussion.
7) What devices can I use for the video call?
This video call supports mobile devices, desktop computers and laptop that has built-in speaker, microphone and web cam. Kindly ensure that your speaker, microphone and webcam is working fine before starting the video consultation.
8) Can my family join in the discussion?
Yes, anyone are welcome to join during the video consultation session.
9) If I have urgent matters and need to contact Nanyang Learning ( Study Abroad Singapore), what should I do?

10) Is this video call consultation fees waivable?
Yes, should you engage our education services, we will waive and deduct the total video call consultation fees from the service package that you will be engaging us for. Thus, it will become a free service.
