Local Sponsor is required for the “Student Pass or Long Term Visit Pass” application. The application is required to be submitted through the local sponsor. The applicant’s nominated local sponsor must be a Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident above the age of 21 years old or the educational institution where applicant intends to study (for student pass application only).
