• Located on the highest floor, with high ceilings similar to a condominium, giving the home a spacious, airy, and well-ventilated atmosphere

• Almost the entire home is newly furnished, offering a fresh and clean living experience

• Equipped with a Smart Home System for added convenience and security
  (smart lighting, digital lock, etc.)

• Bright, clean, peaceful, and friendly environment

• Feel at home — no strict or unusual house rules

• Cooking is allowed

• Use of the living room is allowed for relaxing, studying, working, or having meals

• Only 3 ladies in the house, with 1 person per room for maximum privacy
