Outram Secondary School, Relief Teacher                                                   March 2025 – August 2025

• Coordinated with the school’s English department for the GCE English Preliminary Oral Examination, ensuring conducive operations that involved more than 100 students.
• Assessed and mentored O-Level history students on content revision and examination techniques during lessons and after-school hours that enabled a more than 80 percent improvement in grades within the class
• Developed revision packages for N-Level English students that enabled greater self-directed assessment for students for answering multiple question types that allowed for the cohort to obtain a near 100 percent pass rate and a 25 percent distinction rate for their national examinations.

Volunteer Tutor (Private Tutoring), Private Tutor                                            July 2024 – October 2024

• Tailored individual lesson plans and assignments for 3 students to meet each student’s learning needs, enabling them to identify solutions to address common mistakes made in their school assignments
• Enabled students to see at least a grade improvement in their subsequent weighted assignments.
