Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have 1 year of teaching experience having previously taught 4 primary school students and am currently teaching 6 primary and 3 secondary students across English and Mathematics. I have also completed a Teaching English to Young Learners (TEYL) course, with training in engaging young learners through age-appropriate activities and foundational language development. Academically, I achieved an A1 in O Level English, and was also awarded Silver in The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition, reflecting my strengths in writing, language, and communication. My lessons are tailored according to each student’s needs and learning style. I can create customised practice materials, worksheets, and revision notes to reinforce learning. My goal is not only to help students improve their letter grades but also to develop confidence, critical thinking skills, and independent learning habits.
