Tutor’s Teaching Background

I've learnt The Boy In Striped Pajamas before in Secondary School, and revisted it a few times during my undergrad degree in English. I taught secondary schools students for subjects other than English. However, I have taught online tuition for H2 literature as an alumni to J2 students, and I'm currently teaching GP to a J2 student preparing for A levels. I focus on writing skills, empowering and guiding students on building their own interpretations and arguments. Each lesson is personalised to each student in order to engage and help them improve best. For my current student, I've noticed that my lessons have helped bridge gaps that would be otherwise be difficult to address without 1-1 guidance. Teaching is growing to become a passion of mine; Seeing students slowly improve and realise their own potential is extremely rewarding! I'll be happy to help whoever is seeking it, hence remuneration and hours is also negotiable depending on each student's needs.
