Tutor’s Teaching Background

Style: I adopt a student-centered and structured teaching approach. Lessons are carefully tailored to each student’s ability and learning pace. I focus on building a strong foundation in vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. For weaker students, I simplify concepts and provide step-by-step guidance with targeted practice. For stronger students, I emphasize exam techniques, answering strategies, and advanced expression skills. I also incorporate regular revision, focused exercises, and continuous feedback to ensure steady and effective improvement. Student Results / Achievements: I am currently teaching 6 students. One of my students improved significantly from a C5 to an A2 within 6 months through consistent guidance and targeted practice. Other students have also shown clear improvements in both comprehension and composition skills. Additional Information: I am patient, responsible, and experienced in teaching students of different levels. I am familiar with the Singapore Chinese syllabus and examination formats.
