Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have taught primary school students across different levels. Over the years, I have worked with students of different learning speeds, personalities, and learning needs. This has helped me adjust my teaching methods according to each student’s needs, whether they require a stronger foundation, more exam practice, or better answering techniques. My students have generally shown improvement in their understanding, confidence, and ability to handle exam-style questions. For weaker students, I focus on strengthening basic concepts and reducing careless mistakes. For stronger students, I provide more challenging questions and guide them on answering techniques. I aim for steady progress rather than rushing through topics. I also have experience teaching students with additional learning needs, including students with dyslexia and ADHD. For such students, I focus on being patient, giving clear step-by-step explanations, using suitable learning strategies, and adjusting the lesson pace to help them stay engaged and build confidence gradually.
