Tutor’s Teaching Background

- My teaching background spans 7 years, with a strong focus on private tutoring and specialized 1-1 instruction. Particularly, I possess 6 years+ of experience catering to students with special needs, including those diagnosed with Autism, Dyslexia and ADHD in the fields of Math and Science. Including teaching students from Pathlight school - Demonstrating my effectiveness, I have guided numerous students under my mentorship to elevate their grades from U/F levels to remarkable A/B achievements. - My academic foundation is bolstered by a NUS Psychology major with Honours, affording me a deep understanding of methodologies for effectively engaging and assisting individuals with special needs. My coursework is predominantly rooted in skills tailored to address the multifaceted requirements of Special needs students. - My teaching methodology encompasses a diverse array of strategies, adeptly tailored to each student's unique needs. I strongly believe in harnessing the power of positive reinforcement, nurturing their growth by highlighting their potential. - I'm steadfast in my commitment to fostering both academic advancement and psychological well-being.
