• Provided enrichment for students in groups of 8 students in Core Curriculum bench marked Math an English (reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar).

• Taught a preparation Bootcamp for Math Kangaroo for a 1^st grade and 2^nd grade group (a competitive exam).

• Applied for, completed training and obtained franchise for Core Curriculum benchmarked, Math and English after school enrichment center, a new concept in Hudson County.
• Designed and provided oversight for center construction, complying with franchise, state and city regulations.
• Started center in October 2013 with 8 students. Sold business in Sept 2016 with about 200 enrolled students per week.
• Advertised and recruited hourly part time teachers and administrator for Math and English at the center. Formulated job descriptions, posted to local online sites.
• Managed staff of about 12 part-time teachers and 3 part time-administrators.
• Setup various payroll, banking, labor and tax reporting systems; client lead tracking and follow up systems; new student and parent registration; weekly lesson planning, study material generation; inventory systems; rewards for students, grading, score recording and feedback systems.
• Designed and presented custom program offerings for after school enrichment in local schools
• Obtained approvals to be an authorized competitive exam center to conduct and administer the Math Kangaroo for center and local students.
• Applied for after school enrichment classes at local schools, was awarded contracts from local Board of Education, and from local Parent organizations.
• Expanded business in August 2015 with a newer, bigger location, due to need for double capacity. Found better, more visible location at more cost-effective, rental terms, supervised build out, approvals and furnishing.
• Sold, transitioned and wound down business, negotiated and executed sale terms.

Marketing and Admissions:

• Designed and ran extensive marketing and ad campaigns via various direct and indirect media: print advertising, online, school and PTA contacts; participated in fundraisers for local schools.
• Designed Middle School orientation nights, open houses for PSAT prep programs.
• Designed and launched Mailchimp marketing campaigns on a quarterly basis for summer programs, special boot camps, multiplication-division workshops, writing contests, promotions or events, back to school fairs. Used facebook, google and yelp for targeted client marketing, analyzing student and client metrics and customizing marketing programs.
• Designed Math Bees for local Library; games contests, movie nights.
