Tutor’s Teaching Background

With 22 years of teaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in English and Mathematics education across diverse learning environments. I spent 16 years teaching in MOE schools in Singapore and am now an ex-MOE teacher. I also have four years of experience as an IB/PYP teacher at Olympiad International School, where I embraced inquiry-based and student-centred learning. Subsequently, I worked as an English KET tutor and AEIS Mathematics tutor at Uwing International School for nine months. Currently, I am a Primary English Tutor at I Can Read Centre, where I continue to nurture students’ language skills, confidence, and love for learning through engaging and effective teaching approaches.
