Hello, I'm Ivan :) I enjoyed studying mathmatics in secondary school and in JC (IP). I made detailed notes which helped me grasp content quickly and prepare for exams well. I earned an A for H2 Mathematics I'd like to think that I excel at breaking down difficult technical concepts and making them easy to understand. I prefer using real life examples which are easy to relate to! I am patient, meticulous and enjoy helping others learn more about the world we live in. I take pride in helping tutees perform better academically, and gain academic confidence. Prior to starting university, I was a volunteer tutor with Loving Hearts Multi-service Centre (Jurong). I tutored upper secondary school students 1-1 in Math, Physics and Chemistry. With my guidance, my tutees performed much better academically, and eventually were amongst the best performers in their respective classes. While in university, I was a teaching assistant for an engineering module.
