Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have been teaching on a part-time basis since I graduated from junior college over the past 4 years. 

During that period of time, I have helped over 10 students improve from initially failing their subjects to eventually passing their final exams. Notably, I helped one of my students to improve her Math grades from consistently getting Fs in their school examinations to getting a B in the final PSLE examination in 2018. 

After I completed National Service, I applied for a relief teaching position in Anglican High School to teach for 6 months before entering university where I was taught 3 secondary 2 classes lower secondary Geography. Most of my students saw improvements in their geography grades as they paid more attention in class and did their homework. For those that were struggling to keep up, I arranged to follow up with them after class to identify their weaknesses and strengths in the subject matter in order to work on them.
