Tutor’s Teaching Background

I am currently an undergraduate, studying Aerospace Engineering at NTU. I am also a recipient of the honorary Nanyang Scholarship. I scored A1 for A and E Math in O Levels. My Math grades from Primary School till Secondary School were A all the way. In my Diploma, I received the award for being best in Advanced and Engineering Mathematics. I have also learnt the Math Olympiad since Primary School. Being an engineering undergraduate, I can simplify complex problems and teach the fundamentals, ensuring the student understands the concepts. I have taught 4 students ranging from P4-S4. All these students were 1-1. One of the students failed her entrance exams into an international school which uses the PACE syllabus. Despite not knowing much about it, I did my research and helped her pass the re-examination. My other student was failing P6 Math. I started teaching him 3 months before his PSLE, and he passed. I also taught S1 NA and S2 Exp students. Both were from China and needed help adjusting to the MOE syllabus. The S2 student scored A1 for her exams while the S1 NA improved and was top in her class. I am currently teaching P6-S1 Math Olympiad and P5 Math. They are scoring AL1-2 for their current exams.
