Tutor’s Teaching Background

Experienced Educator with Over Two Decades of Proven Results Since 2001, I have been passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized and engaging education. I taught in Victoria Secondary School for 1 year in the subjects of English and Literature. In 2005, I established my own tuition center where I continued to teach English and Humanities including Literature, Geography, History, Social Studies. Many students find difficulty understanding physical and human geography topics and what the questions are asking, I break this down easily for them with simple points and notes. For history, sequencing of events is important as well as the skills to answer SBQ and SEQ. I provide my own set of notes and worksheets for your child and help them to understand the concepts and skills for mastery of the subject. Majority of my students show a significant improvement in their learning attitude and grades as I work closely with them to understand and learn how to score for the subject.
