I studied law at SMU and graduated magna cum laude, in the top 25% of my cohort. In university, I obtained straight distinctions (A) for all the following relevant subjects: Contract Law 1, Contract Law 2, Business Law, Corporate and Securities Law and Law of Mergers & Acquisitions. I have tutored business law, corporate law and finance-related law to undergraduates studying business and accountancy in NUS, NTU and SMU from 2021-2023, with a track record of 5 students. I have also been teaching H1 and H2 Literature at the JC level for 6 years since I graduated from Raffles Institution in 2019. 2023: SMU Business Year 1 student scored A for LGST101 Business Law.
