Tutor’s Teaching Background

In late 2020, a student's mother told me, "My child used to hate composition writing. After attending your English lessons, she loves it!"

I am a former teacher. I have taught in MOE (4.5 years) and private tuition since 2003. Boys and girls under my charge, whether as a teacher or a tutor, have benefited tremendously from my commitment to their learning. While practice is fundamental to success, I also consider the students' needs and level of expertise to build up the repertoire of skills required for success.

I believe all students can learn; it starts with understanding each student's individual background and unique experience. This philosophy has enabled me to help both male and female students achieve continual progress!

I use my own materials whenever necessary.
