Teaching Experience (Informal / Peer Tutoring)
During my polytechnic and university studies in engineering, I actively supported my peers in subjects such as Engineering Mathematics and other engineering modules. I regularly explained complex concepts, guided them through problem-solving techniques, and helped them prepare for examinations.
Through these sessions, I developed the ability to break down difficult topics into simple, structured explanations tailored to different learning styles. Several peers showed noticeable improvement in their understanding and academic results after these sessions.
This experience has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to engage —skills which I aim to apply when teaching primary and secondary students.
