Tutor’s Teaching Background

I’m a degree graduate from NTU and maths is my best and most favourite subject in school, I scored A1 for both Elementary Maths and Additional Maths in secondary school. I also scored A* for PSLE. I was also peer tutoring a group of students for macroeconomics for about 6 months while studying in Ngee Ann Polytechnic and I conduct training sessions in my profession as well. I’m currently teaching p1, p3-5 maths as well. I am patient in teaching and will adapt my teaching style to the child’s learning style (eg using real life examples, their interests or objects in the home to help them relate if needed). I will also teach your child how I usually work backwards to double check my answers so as to reduce any carelessness. I will develop a lesson plan according to your child’s needs. I look forward to helping your child improve and succeed in mathematics. I’m currently teaching a p4 student at Blk 436A on Fridays so I can come over to tutor your child after that.
