Tutoring a fifteen-year autistic student in grade 10 level Sciences, Mathematics and English and providing behavioural training to develop independent analysis and problem-solving techniques, as well as social skills. Key Achievement: - Enhanced ability to creatively analyze problems using various analogies to meet unique learning needs. - Developed an effective method of imparting constructive feedback for optimal improvement of the student. - Ability to identify signs of disengagement and engagement to create the most effective teaching method. I have been at this job for the past six months and have acquired it through the Ministry of Child and Family Development in Vancouver, BC.
