Tutor’s Teaching Background

Teaching approach: I possess a keen ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of individuals, enabling me to tailor my approach to each person effectively. This helps them recognize and build on their strengths while addressing areas for improvement. Analytical by nature, I excel at assessing situations and thinking on my feet, allowing me to make swift and well-informed decisions when challenges arise. I strongly believe teaching on the whys to inculcate an attitude of understanding rather than knowing. I am patient with students and passionate about helping them achieve their goals. I bring over 10 years of expertise as an SAF Certified Instructor. During my tenure in the SAF, I was responsible for conducting foundational courses for new trainees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. I guided them through both theoretical and practical training phases, ensuring they were well-prepared to perform their roles effectively. My approach consistently produced trainees who emerged confident, competent, and ready to meet the demands of their duties.
