Tutor’s Teaching Background

1-1 Teaching: I started teaching two students who were failing in Upper Secondary Science (Phy/Chem) who didn't believe in themselves. With guidance and blended teaching styles, I have demonstrated trust and confidence in themselves and renewed their hopes to do well and with their hard work, they showed a tremendous leap of growth in their grades to getting an A.  Experience in teaching creative writing for English and helped improve the language and literacy skills of a Primary 3 student who now,loves to write. Experience in teaching both offline and online teaching Upper Primary and PSLE Science with the outcome of grade A for her PSLE. I choose a blended approach suiting the needs of the student and exposing her to various types of experimental questions and practice papers to expose her to the type of questions which can be asked in her exams.  No Experience teaching in MOE school but I have volunteered my service at Catch + enrichment centre to help domestic workers learn English as a second language as well.
