Tutor’s Teaching Background

I am a full-time tutor that graduated from NUS Applied Mathematics in 2018. I scored A1 for O Level Emath & Amath, and A for A Level H2 Math. I have been tutoring for 5 years and I specialise in both E and A Math. I have around 50 ex-students who have all improved under my guidance. My first student was a girl from Indonesia, who needed help to integrate into Singapore's syllabus. I covered the entire Sec One under very tight schedule and she successfully got into Anderson Secondary School (Top 25 Secondary School). She was scoring As consistently and managed to get A for both Emath and Amath O Levels last year. One of my students from Yishun Secondary School who failed her Amath Sec 3 SA1 in 2018, managed to score 73/100 for her SA2 after I taught her for only 3 months. I also taught a SCGS girl last year who needed urgent help for her Sec 4 SA2. She managed to jump from D7 to A2 for Amath in just 10 lessons. I also have many other students who managed to get A1/A1/B3 for their O Level Emath/Amath when they scored D7/E8/F9 for their Prelims. I have many other examples of students who showed significant improvement in their grades. Most of them managed to pass the subject comfortably when they were failing badly before I started teaching them. There are many students who continued to do better, achieving A2 and even A1 for their tests and exams, scoring top in their classes as well. It gives me great satisfaction to know that I was able to make a difference in every one of my student's perspective towards the subject.
