Tutor’s Teaching Background

I was a first grade Homeroom Teacher for an international school in Istanbul for 2 academic years. I taught ESL learners, ages 5 to 7. My students come from diverse backgrounds with varied learning abilities and levels. I worked on curriculum breakdowns, crafted lesson plans, monitored students' progress, and managed the learning process to achieve lesson aims. 

Alongside my full-time job, I also provided one-to-one English lessons for students from grade one and two. I've also taught young adults at levels CEFR A1, A2, and B1.

I offer lessons to help children acquire phonics, blend and decode sounds, and read.
