Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have had several 1-1 tutoring experiences over the past 3 years with 6 students thus far. 4 of them have come from Primary school (2 P5,2 P6) and 2 from Secondary 1, coaching mainly Mathematics and Science. My PSLE students both improved from an AL4 grade to an AL2 (Science) and AL1(Math) grade. My Primary 5 students improved from C to B (Math) and B to A (Science) in their final year exams and for my Sec 1 students(both Math), 1 of them improved from C6 to B3 while the other student maintained her A2 grade. On top of these, I have had the chance to volunteer with MCYC Community services at ACS (Primary) roughly 2 years ago, giving small group tuition, as well as providing individual help to students in their academic work after school. Also, having recently guided my younger sister in her PSLE last year, and currently, Secondary 1 Science and Math, I am confident of being up to date and thoroughly experienced in both the primary and lower secondary syllabus. I also believe that I have abundant experience in working with Primary and Lower Secondary school students, which will allow me to engage them and maximise the necessary academic help that I can provide.
