Tutor’s Teaching Background

I was a student from Anglo Chinese Junior College (ACJC). I have just completed my NS and am going to matriculate into NUS in 2026. I will be studying engineering in robotics and machine intelligence. I believe that I am strong in math and my three sciences and am capable of teaching them. This can be seen in my results where I have done well consistently. I will try my best to impart the knowledge that I have and push your children to be the best they can be. I specialise in teaching both Maths and Science. I believe that for both subjects it is futile to just memorise what is written in the textbook like the formulas or the concepts. Instead I believe it is important to go deeper and gain an understanding of the concepts. This would make sure students are better able to retain what they learn. I have previously helped my friend who was studying for his GCSE Mathematics. Improving his score from D to A. I will help to provide study materials like past year papers or any worksheets and questions i find online. I will maintain a clear and open line of communication with the parents by providing timely updates on the students progress and discussions with them on how to improve the students skills outside of tuition hours. Students are also allowed to ask questions outside of tuition hours via whatsapp and I will gladly answer as soon as possible.
